A charming loft features a queen bed, ideal for stargazing through large windows. The lower level includes a spacious master suite with a private full bath, a relaxing seating area with plush armchairs, and a screened-in porch for sipping coffee amid mountain breezes. Just 10 minutes from vibrant Keene and Elizabethtown, you’re close to charming eateries, local shops, and grocery stores, yet worlds away in your private haven.
Refund Policy

100% refund 24 hours after booking accepted, if booking is requested at least 7 days before check-in

50% refund up to 14 days before check-in.
All cancellation policies expire at check-in time.
We strongly recommend you consider travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen incidents that may require you to cancel your planned vacation.
Pet Policy
We allow up to two well behaved dogs at no additional fee. We do not allow any cats or other pets! Please let us know when booking!
Our Booking Process
Our direct booking is handled through Hospitable.com which syncs our calendar to avoid double booking with other platforms (AirBnB). ​
Security Deposit
There is a security deposit which is $400 which is handled through Hospitable.com. This is collected 2 days before check-in, released 2 days after. You will be notified automatically about the deposit from Hospitable.
Terms and Conditions
Our direct bookings are managed by Hospitable.com. When completing the reservation, it is the guests responsibility to review the Hospitable Terms and Conditions, a link for which can also be found at the bottom of any page during the check-out procedure. In addition, any direct booking guest will be required to provide a security deposit ($400) and agree to our rental agreement (shown here) within 48 hours of the booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking being canceled.
